Change is not pretty.... A tell-tale sign that it's needed was in the Wired article from yesterday. Remember the comment about Simpson and his followers wanted to break-off sooner, but Softbank (before the acquisition by Zulu) didn't let them. That's not a group of people thinking about how ZULU's profit sharing will look at the end of 1998!!! ....Also, I see it time and time again -- the development of a new product let alone market sector often takes a different style of leadership, than the leadership to make a company succeed against it's competitors.....Look at Apple Computer.
