The uncertainty and associated risks over the next 3-6 months is probably causing much of the downside VVUS pressure. The upside: those investors who take risks may also receive the greatest rewards. From a PR standpoint, I "really" believe the media is naturally drawn to this subject without outside aid and assistance. The likelihood that any Big Pharma company would violate FDA guidelines to promote a non-approved product under current active review is remote. The risks are too high and the return is minimal. I can not ever recall a single instance in which the FDA has cited a company for this type of clear violation. Good investing and best of luck to you! BigKNY3
