There will be press and media days prior to the official opening of the park. Hours will be from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm. The restaurant and retail area is complete but the patio was not yet completed. The patio area is immense with mushroom umbrellas, elephant fountain, bar area built for evening entertainment after the park closes at 8:00 pm. This will do well as there is no place else for the park guests to go in that immediate area after park closing. The retail area is huge and beautifully designed....the merchandise looked great. We were there on Monday for the initial training meals...Tuesday was another training day. The trainers have done an excellent job as the service was great and food was excellent. One member of our party had the salmon which was the best I ever tasted..the flavor was magnificant. I had the chicken fried chicken with the best mashed potatoes around....the sauteed vegetables were great also. We had never had these entrees at RAIN before and were very impressed with the presentations and quality of the food. Looks like another winner to me!!!!!!!! ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
