Hi Ed, I don't think there are any obstacles from the NDU side and all should progress well on the merger. I have a number of friends who own the NDU and all are on board for the merger as everyone believes that 2+2 = 10 for this combination. It is odd that the arbitrage between companies is not exact by now on the 1:1.35 but I guess most of us don't believe in the Random Walk theory anyway. I hear we may be seeing a super website soon on the UKH. This would be great given the history and international following of Keno from the old days. Regards, Kaiser.......
