Sorry to disagree with your $weet dream$, but it really makes no sense for a chip maker to buy a box maker (ASND is essentially a box maker). What INTC will do is to make faster chips for communications/infotainment gears. INTC buying ROK or TXN makes more sense. Right now, let's guess how much lower the market will dive in the next 2 months.
