The hallmark of a good settlement is where one side thinks it paid too much and the other thinks it didn't get enough. You must be a lawyer:-). My idea of a good agreement is where both sides feel like they got a great deal and are very happy it happened. It's possible that the people at EVI and WII feel that way about this one. I've only heard other people's opinions about it. Baird
