RE: APCO Institutional Money I have not heard of the 100 mil limit (though it sounds quite possible) but I do know of many funds, institutions that are not allowed to purchase stocks under $ 10. Given that APCO currently has only 19% institutional money, seems only good things can happen if the price can stay above $10.
