This may be a bit confusing, but and maybe someone can make something of it? At the end of this new release;

biz.yahoo.com

There is reference to "UNS",

I clicked on UNS and then clicked on the profile, they are a holding company for Tuscon Electric Power. Then I went to Edgar and found all filings for Geodyne, searching through the filings alot of refrences to Texaco came up IE; partnerships in oil and gas reserves etc. Going back to the news article,ITN energy is operated by a Dr. Misra, who is also president of Global Solar Energy a joint venture with TEP Solar Energy a subsidary of TEP with is held by again, UNS, which as stated in the edagr filings has partnerships with TX in oil and gas reserves. Getting to the point, does this seem to reveal that the TX deal has come closer with the ITN/ES aggreement? Or am I just rambling?
