Thanks, Joan. The Bell Atlantic cut at least partially explains the recent price decline. International sales accounted for approximately a third of revenues in '97. I don't know the relative price structure of BEL vs ATI, nor am I aware of the markets in which they compete. Based on the information on the ATI web site, it would seem they complete in different sections of the country, but obviously that's no longer the case. Roy
