In Investor's Business Daily (today's) the IBD mutual fund index will NOT make a new high. Because the relative strenght is also weak, this is a very bearish indicator for the next few month in the US stock market (just IMHO). I use this chart a lot, for getting a feeling about the general market direction and balance my portfolio accordingly. (Now short trades should increase in number, IMHO). Good luck all.
