Nice to hear from you kgg ;-)) welcome back ! You are exactly right in everything in your post. There is one and only one thing that has held me in this stock, and you mentioned it. "EVERYTHING" Arthur Ritchie has said / promised has come to pass. (altho not as quickly as we liked) he has never lied or misrepresented anything to me. So therefore I am still in his camp.
