what ARE industry pundits saying about the INTC announcement. is this "much ado about nothing" or something serious? Rob Chaplinsky of H&Q says this is not such a big deal. Also, a few Taiwan companies and Seimens have come out and said their outlook remains robust -- DESPITE THE INTC ANNOUNCEMENT.
