The SEC/OSC will be all over them. However they probably have their short position offshore and will be able to point to a small domestic short position and say, 'see, it was not us selling' They are very careful to shroud their actions with offshore loops, they are practiced crooks. Same with BRE-X, thousands of offshore shorts made billions.
