T.R., in light of my phone call to Dell last night I am wondering what options Dell may be considering.

I don't know if this is legal but it may be. Dell lets the stock slide down. Dell uses this as an opportunity to buyback shares. Then after Dell has bought back the bulk of what they want, Dell puts out a press release that says Dell is on track and Dell has used this opportuity to increase their buyback program.

Does anyone see a legal problem with this?
