LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 16, 1996--Interactive Processing Inc. today announced it is in final negotiations for a $400,000 Private Placement of its common stock.
These funds will expedite the "roll-out" of the company's previously announced new product, the "BUNDY SPORT REMOTE." In addition, some of the proceeds will be utilized to
increase production for the Christmas selling season to meet the demand for the company's premier product, the TV TERMINATOR(TM).
INTERACTIVE PROCESSING is a leader in infrared technology used n consumer electronics. The TV TERMINATOR is the first interactive universal remote control for television,
