John That is why I say that our opinions are not that out of sync. We agree regarding the actual outcome of the results. WE also agree that it is from other factors that our frustrations originate. Where we disagree is is in our relative opinions concerning the abilities and accomplishments of management. You feel that they are somewhat incompetent and should be replaced(at least that is the impression I get, please correct me if I am wrong) and I feel that they have done a plausible job, but they are in dire need of getting experienced mining people on board if they are to get us to the next level.
