According to the following from Ogrady -- contrary to some rumors -- GVIL will keep the Wallstreet OEM by supplying V90 cards. So that will be great!

If you go to the apple store, you will notice that all the G3's have pull down bars with 56K modem options -- which are GVIL manufactured modems. Look to the press -- the G3 is selling strong and I think GVIL CAN make money on these.

On the windows side -- of course they are giving them away! Now is the time to sell the non-V90's cheap to get market share. Those modems are going for like $19 bucks here in Chicago from USRX while the V90's are going for over $100. It makes good business sense: clear out the non compliant inventory on the cheap, and build up margins on the new models that come out, while letting the OEM's create a financial base from which to operate.

Still -- as always and perhaps fatally -- optimistic.
