Major news out this morning! (I'm starting to feel like Drudge.) Ford and Mobil have formed a strategic alliance to "speed the develoment and integration of breakthrough fuel and vehicle technologies" which will also involve Ballard and Daimler. Mobil is in discussions directly with Daimler on this as well. When I find the right link to the news I will post it unless someone else beats me to it. A news conference is scheduled for 1:30pm today. Now the stock is trading off this morning due to a downgrade to neutral from outperformer by Morgan Stanley as a result of the recent run-up. But this was BEFORE the Ford/Mobil announcement so we should see some bounce back on this news. This new deal with Mobil deals with one of the key issues of hydrogen infrastructure, so it is very positive for BLD in my mind as Mobil is a significant partner to have and the big US oil companies have been denying the global warming issue exists.
