FYI, It has been demonstrated last December. There is a stepper company already waiting to give Jmar a stepper to produce this system......they are waiting for the Darpa money to be delivered for the next step. (It was already approved). by yearend JMAR will have a commercially viable X ray system using their point source technology. it will sell for significantly less than a synchotron and will be capable of producing smaller run chips down to .13 microns, at cheaper than existing optical methods. Remember, there are hundreds of companies that cannot afford synchotrons, nor need them to produce the amounts they are after..............;^)
