Bill,

Thanks for your question. I should have been clear in this regard.

I am the Director/Owner of Century Communications which has recently signed a contract with Kelso to undertake its financial communications activities. I am also a Director of Kelso Technologies.

For background, I approached Kelso several years ago to market our company's services to them but Kelso had no funds to dedicate to a communications program.

However, I then got to know the management of Kelso and learn more about what they were developing re: safety valves and was impressed. Following a period of time, I was invited to join the Board of Directors which I agreed to. The Board and senior Management wanted assistance with communications and other strategic issues and felt I could offer these resources as a Director.

While the Company had no working valve at that time, I strongly believed that we could develop one. Hence my committment to Kelso.

With the developments that have taken place since December 1997 when the Company successfully passed tests of its new JS 75 Safety Relief Valve and with the submission of the application for certification for testing on rail tank cars which went to the Assn. of American Railroads in late January 1998, Kelso now had clearly evolved and it was time to start telling the story.

I will post Kelso news releases to SI as part of our news release information dissemination program since we believe many of our current investors access this site. However, it is unlikely that I can actively participate in any discussions due to my time and other restrictions.

I hope that assists you with some background.

Regarding the Website, it will be accessible by day's end on Friday, March 6th at the latest.

Because we have recently closed the private placement, we are now able to develop the Website for people to access.

Regards.
