INTC's report referred to "channel stuffing". Obviously this phrase has nothing to do with DELL's business individually. I said last week in a message that DELL was already #1 in PCs, the numbers have just not caught up yet. Well, the numbers are about to catch up.

My single concern, to side with your BEARISH stance, is that overall PC sales growth would fall off more quickly than expected. However, I would point out that DELL's continuation to gobble up market share should hedge DELL well against a downturn. I would agree that multiples could be a problem moving forward. But you have to remember that I'm LONG DELL, and could care less about short term corrections. If you're trading DELL, you're in for a ride. This has always been the case in my experience. Look at the last few days. WHHHHIPPPPSAWWWWWW! I believe there is much more money to be made on betting on DELL than against DELL.

DELL will not be the last, great maker of buggy whips. When this is realized, I wouldn't want to own any CPQ. There's no money to be made in it relative to DELL.
