Principally I agree with you. I don't really expect Datek to change anything just because we are a few disgruntled users on a BBS. I don't usually spend much time moaning here but I guess I just snapped today and needed to let some steam out. It is a terrible experience when stocks are moving and your market order doesn't fill. The trouble is finding an online broker that "satisfies my level of tolerance". As it is, it appears to me that they all (?) have their problems - main difference seems to be what they charge for the service.
