IS CBXC covered by new NASDAQ rules? I've got a limit order in between the spread, which, as I understand it, should move the spread (this routinely happens on the other NASDAQ stocks I trade.) So far, no luck. Didn't think that the market makers could get away with this anymore. :(

Then again, it could be that I'm using Waterhouse. Datek is where I've had luck in between the spread.
