An e-mail reply from IPM Corporate Relations: (Reply dated March 4th, 1998). Dear Shareholder, In response to the numerous inquiries regarding IPM's corporate affairs and technical progress, we are able to release the following statement: IPM intends to address the NASDAQ listing question with all of its available resources. As stated in previous press releases the company's technical programs continue to progress and are being conducted in association with a State of Arizona Registered Laboratory and Bateman Engineering Inc. The focus of the programs include: 1)ÿ A gold resource statement for the first 1-sq kilometer drilled grid. 2)ÿÿ Development and completion of a reliable platinum assay for Black Rock material. 3) Proceed towards a feasibility program which will include the evaluation of recovery methods. We understand and acknowledge the uncertaintyÿ that currently prevails in the market concerning IPM. Management is actively pursuing resolutions to these important issues.
