Paul, it is hard to offer advise because I am an investor and
you are a SHORT-term trader. I expect INTC to drift lower over the
next couple of months. It will then be an excellent long term

Oh, by the way, this from INTC's site:
1998 Step-Up Warrants to Expire
Intel's 1998 Step-Up Warrants (INTCW) expire on March 14, 1998.
The warrants must be exercised on or before Friday, March 13, 1998.
The last day of trading of the warrants on the NASDAQ Stock Market
will be March 10, 1998.
