I just got off the phone with Jack Arnold. Once again, I asked him to comment on a couple of issues. Today's volume: Jack Arnold said he doesn't know of any business reason for this kind of trading activity, however he said it's good to see the price go up. He mentioned the rumor someone posted on Yahoo, he said it's not true, the merger is not yet completed. Being as specific as he can be (or legally allowed), Mr. Arnold said they are expecting the merger to be consummated in 2 to 3 weeks. Reg. S filing: the accountants are still preparing the electronic version using the new software He said he is very grateful for our patience and support! I think we should remember he is not allowed to disclose any information until it becomes public. Regards, Milk
