Hi Peter, My biggest concern with asian investments at this time is the currency risk. Specifically, have the currencies oversold, and could they rebound to swamp the correctly called short move in the investment itself. Further, I don't think asia can be viewed as a group...Indonesia will probably not recover in its present form...while other economies such as HK might do well (if allowed). I am certainly not an expert in these areas...just attempting to stimulate discussion of the inherent risks. Steve
