Do you have a day in court? I know of numerous people he has promised such a date, but for some reason it has never come about.

Do you think he really wants a day in court? I think he should do like Mohamed and take a vacation to some undetermined place. I think he might be a little more unpopular than he already is when the facts come out. Didn't somebody offer cash for some of Mo's body parts? Gayle must think that he is above and beyond responsibility to the investors. Again, Mo was not a solo act.

Ask yourself if Essary had not hyped the stock, would you be sitting here today? Just what was his motive(s) for the propoganda he put out, including the "Elite Corporate Membership?" If Essary had been as much concerned with publishing the truth back then as he is now having it published about him, I believe, the GIFS scam would and could not have been perpetuated.
