Davef - Isn't it also true that individuals spreading positive propaganda and lies about ACRT are just as wrong as the shorts slamming it? There have been many posts here about some Fortune 100 companies using ACRT, Price Waterhouse blessing their books, SEC going after Mr. Pink, on and on and on. Investors need to take anything on these threads with a grain of salt. What about the article in II that drove the price up to $30, shouldn't they be sued for spreading rumors. II was the one who made it possible for the shorts to come in in the first place. Mr Pink had no insight about ACRT until after the "Turkey Day Run-up". Anyone lying, positive or negative should be held accountable, and in the long run they will, this life or the next. Maybe everyone should start their posts with the word "seriously" when they are not just having fun (ie. the "Trial"). Joe Hoek (neither long nor short at this point in time, so don't flame me). PS: Mr. Pink, are you out their? I've heard people have been getting warnings for their postings. (I got one for a 4 letter word I used).
