This may be folks from the western Oil & Tire side. If they know all of the details of the merger and that next few weeks (or month) holds a merger worth 10 times what the stock is trading, then the logical step would be to take out half a million $$$'s worth of discount stock to take advantage of the merger. Just a guess Bill
