I spoke to the center and now they tell me that you can call up monday and tuesday for allocations and will start trading wednesday or thursday. She said they stopped sending out confirmations of receipt of people's orders in the mail so they can process applications all day. By law they must trade by next friday so hold out until then the wait is almost over.
