Please explain "oil police". Maybe I'm just too old and tired (ignorant too?) but I can't get the "drift" of your post for a lack of understanding of that phrase.

Do not count McLeod out on his ability to raise the cash. It is a certainty that he will raise it. The only question now is, How will he do it?

Upon completion of the current production testing he will be able to do a private placement (if necessary). He did a rights offering only to enable his shareholders to participate in the upside if they want. Now its up to them to decide. If they do, Great!! If they don't then he surely can not be criticized at his shareholder meeting for having gone elsewhere for funding.

From what I've seen out there so far, I fully expect to be exercising mine.
