Perhaps John Tara is on to something. My password consists of an alpha prefix with a numeric suffix, not all mixed together randomly. I didn't want to keep changing my password to perform additional tests until I heard from someone at Datek. If you have a similar alphanumeric password arrangement and can't reproduce the security glitch, then I'm stumped. I don't see how my computer or browser would make any difference, since the security should be provided at Datek's end. Short of giving you my password, you may not be able to reproduce this glitch?!
