Yes, I'm laughing at loud at people who're getting excited about a BETA TEST ... Guys, Windows '95 took months to beta test ... and its been out now a full year and now Fortune 500 companies are just STARTING to install them ... I'm involved in a year 2000 project ... several vendors made bids ... and none of them presented a proposal involving a new technology that's currently being beta tested in several sites ... because they know how mission-critical legacy applications are ... We went with VIASOFT for the assessment, and a consulting company for the actual conversion ... You go with a BETA TEST, and chances are, all the bugs will get ironed out in a year or so ... and by that time you're too late to start a year 2000 project ... Zitel should have been doing its beta test a couple of years ago, then it has a chance
