The info IS on the Bloomberg. It's not worth the time of trying to figure out if CNBC is right or the Bloomberg. I spent 3 months trying to convince the Wall Street Journal that their annual return information for the SPX was incorrect. Eventually I even managed to find the person who ran the calcs. He knew he was wrong, but would never admit it to the company and allow a correction. So where did it leave me in the end? Same place I started.
