Jim, you're right of course, but I'm using the term in a somewhat looser fashion. I don't think that Compaq consciously decided to stuff the channel, because in this kind of business it will be very quickly discovered and the company severely punished for trying to fool its shareholders. I think that what we see as inventory bloat is the result of a poorly managed channel strategy. Regards, Paul
