Hello all, I'm new to this stock. Learned some bad news today. The Chairman of CLE, Roland Schaefer, and his wife Sylvia sold a total of 900,000 shares of CLE on Sept. 5, 1996. Sold at 22 5/8. Seems they saw their nest egg slipping in value and decided to cash out a chunk (they still hold about 3 million shares). Any thoughts on this move as regards upcoming performance for the stock? - PJ
