I think the company will be around for the long haul. I haven't looked at the convertibles; could you summarize the allure briefly (save me some time)? I think the CFO switch is being overplayed; its not significant IMO. I do agree with Jeff; there are a lot of opportunities out there today, and I won't buy this one unless it breaks to the 22-23 range. Paul
