FIRST MAJOR IMPACT YEAR 2000 PROBLEM

The outgoing Chairman of Core States Bank admitted at a shareholders meeting that one of the reasons the bank decided to be bought by a larger Bank was they faced such large costs and problems if the bank had to deal with it's Y2K problems on it's own. This is very significant because Core States had a reputation of being a first class modern bank in the Philadelphia Market.
