Ray Conlisk is on the board. Might even be Chairman. Memory fails.

AH! I see your confusion. EXEL was shut down by Kozo a couple of
months back. Exel is Rohm owned. The entire executive staff were
let go at once. Exel was in the same building as "Rohm Commerce".

There's been a number of changes there over the years, Exar owned it,
sold it back, it split into Rohm Commerce and Exel, Exel was pretty
much closed recently. Something like 17 people left.

Regarding Exar - Nob Hatta used to be the President. He went back to
work for Rohm in Japan, and the board brought in George Wells. Kozo
was involved with that decision.

This latest (Friday/Monday) management change at Exar was done
dependently of Kozo and Rohm.

I hope this clarifies!
