Catching up here...

This is also the first time that I've seen such a blatant and outrageously audacious half-truth propagated by Yahoo. Who's responsible for posting at Yahoo?

I think you can relax about Yahoo at least. They only catalogue the news wire stuff. About as liable for the content as, say, Businesswire or PR Newswire. Making a smartly worded release will make you pop up in many places. I think Zulu knew this and simply exploited Yahoo's automatic indexing feature.

The other red light was Matty G's post after meeting with Tom. Matty said something to effect that "Tom, who was just as excited as we are, hasn't met all the VC's in the company". Tom - ever hear of an airplane ? What guy is going to let another guy who he's never met invest (and control) his company, particularly during last week ?

Yup. That line also made me go 'naw'. I should have stopped to think, right then and there.

They've ruined it for themselves, for me, other's, and other legitimate companies that really need BB's, the SEC, the stock market to raise capital, distributors, and exposure.

Ahem. Stings like this (as I assume Zulu is) and of this caliber is not a new thing... It's just that a few more people learned about it first hand... IMO.

The hypster/PR game has max six more months then they're finished. I also think the SEC and others will move in and do something because if they don't the vipers will be left with no more prey unless they're counting on college kiddies with disposable incomes of $2000/annum if that.

I disagree. Part of the reason I play BBs is that it is a volatile place. No risk, no reward. I am doing this well aware that I may step on a land mine any time. And I think six months is to soon. Maybe if some senators young (picturesque) relative happens to loose his/her savings on the BB...

P.S. Any word from Terry Over and his surfing buddies ? Don't think so. Someone's on a beach in Hawaii watching babes in their G-strings.

Maybe more people than you are crying into their beer right now. I didn't see Terry here until late so he might just have lost any amount of money. I sure don't hope so anyway...

Other Chap got hammered, no one on this thread apologized to him, what he said was right, and he may indeed be a spammer, but he also told everyone to get the hell out of this weasel factory.

Nobody respects or listens to someone who cries wolf at any drop of a hat. He didn't conduct himself in a credible manner and my opinion of him still stands, him being right or no.

At least we got the ride...
