Thanks Bob, I think we need some help. I am trying to understand Aiken's mysterious comment. It may refer to EUV, but I suspect that "post-optical" refers to something else.

Hey, x-ray also was a Star Wars technology. Our CYMI friends may be covering all the bases in the event there is an untimely technology shift (not likely), lithography market fragmentation, or some other contingency.
