I think the SEC will be in touch with Manuel pretty soon. Its just a shame that the regulating bodies and exchanges are so backwards. Same thing with Bre-X. what was it 17.00 to 1.50 in one day, come on. Its OK to halt a stock on a 20% jump in 2 days but its not OK to halt it when it loses 50% of it value in 2 days. Where is the corruption? I can't figure it out.
