That is still GREAT news - deal in 2 to 4 weeks, scheme to cover reg S shares AND takeover candidates waiting at the door. This is a speculators dream. That is why 34 Mill in shares are changing hands today. I think soon we will be competing with the Sears owned NTB - National Tire and Battery!! Bill
