Barbara, Since I have never bought or sold the stock how do I know where it trades. If needded I can get that data quite quickly, but it was not germane to the discusions I have taken part in. If it does trade on the AMEX there must be some SEC overview, you might try suffixing the symbol with .CN on the bloomberg or traveller and that will pull up the Canadian listing data and you might be able to track down some regulatory stuff there. I know since the US/Canada free trade agreement occurred there has been some changes in how they report and to who when they are in Canada and trade in the USA and Canada on exchanges. If you think there will not be a class action suit here you are in the fantasy world. Bill
