I'm pretty sure that they were pushing it. But it took some of their own guys to push the "COTS versus Roll your Own" argument to convince them. Remember that some companies won't even let an RTOS vendor in the door. They see absolutely no use in the product at all. They just need to be shown the light in many different ways :)
