Sitting here with 6200 shares and another $15k in fuggedaboutit calls, I for one would like to know whether there was an active material misrepresentation from management re: the $1.20. If so, I think we have the right to complain notwithstanding that ECO may still be undervalued and perform in the future. Whether someone lied or misspoke out of ignorance, is the difference between malfeasance and misfeasance. In either event, if it occurred I'm not in the mood at the moment to just slough it off (and would be heaps more irate if not for blessed CCSID). RMR
