It the company were legitimate or the valuation fair, there would be no impact. Since ACRT was (and is) extraordinarily overvalued, its CEO a renegade from Israel (who left in the middle of the night by camel leaving his debts and family behink), its source of financing dubious it was a sitting duck for Mr. Pink to reveal the truth about this shaky company and drive the share price down.
