Bill, I too appreciate your posts on the trade show. I couldn't help but to ask myself, if the Tempest is so good, why is FTEL being ignored. One thing that would be important for me, is to hear independent testimony about the FTEL DVG. You had mentioned that the one company had their system set up on an intranet, or something, and that their system sounded good because of that. How do you know how FTEL's was set up? I'm not asking that to be wise. I'm just wondering. I imagine the salesman told you how it was set up? Was there a way you could verify that information for yourself? Did they provide a list of references like, perhaps, VocalTech would? I hope you do take the time to answer these questions. I might also suggest that you ask the competition about why FTEL's product is not popular. Maybe they can share some insights about FTEL and its product to you. FTEL: ~ $ 4.08a VALUESPEC
