Wasn't just AOL.. YHOO moved up, even more.

Stocks/sectors all have their own patterns, even if something like 70% of all stocks do generally move with the broader averages. Internet stocks are getting a different appraisal than PC stocks because they're in a different phase of their cycle.

IMHO the shorts aren't the reason why AOL doesn't go down. It's really because all buyers taken together aren't exhausted yet. It will happen though; wish I knew when.
